I am again disappointed with DirectSpace.net

Yesterday, they say via twitter that have "routing issue", but the services is offline 18 hours ago...

The supports team respond: "We're working to get everything up and running as fast as possible"..

But, my vps is offline...

Hello

As stated in your ticket. We are working to get your VPS up and running as quickly as possible.

I understand.

But if you have a vps backup, why not load it on another node?

I think it may related to network issue. So the server cannot connect to/from the world.

Most of my VPSes still don't back online, some are online but the data is 1 month ago, seams they have restore via backup, not just routing issue.

I am sure they will publish a detailed update on what has happened. You can then evaluate the problem they are having and determine on what steps you need to take on your end.

I too am disappointed, I understand now that you say, how economical is expensive, but I'm in directspace on the recommendation of a friend, and truly the worst service I've always had problems the first time, lost all my data, yet we follow because I had a backup of the previous day, this time the data is safe, but many days off, and you lose money and there is evil in the search engines, I'm waiting to activate my vps to backup and move.
