Our servers at ionity appear to be down. Their website - http://www.ionity.com - also appears to be down. I don't have any other contact information for them.

Anyone else down?

I can confirm that we did have a line card fail and are working to resolve this incident.

More information should be posted shortly. Should be resolved in less than 60 minutes and we will pro activitly issue sla credits to all customers affected without hassles

Just want to confirm everything has been restored. The card creating the problem was replaced and traffic was properly flowing again in about 45 minutes.

I can also confirm that we are back up and running. Came back up about 30 minutes ago, about 10 minutes after Ionity replied on this thread. Can't really complaint about the response time on this issue.
