HE - EU <-> US packet loss

Anyone seeing a lot of packetloss on Hurricane Electrique?
Across the pond, from Paris to Ashburn.

Normally I see routes via London to New York.

Appears to have started 2 hours ago.

I just called them up, they talked about fiber damage in the Baltimore area due to storms.

Yes, seeing the same issue here. Did HE give an ETA for a resolution or at least mention they would try to route around this?

The loss dropped from 50% to 15%, so I guess they've done some changes to improve it.

They had no ETA when I spoke with them, which was about 2-3 hours after the incident started. (5 hours ago or so).

Since I have no contract with them themselves, I was very pleased that I got the answer that I did. Since I "just called them".

Edit: Just as I posted this, my routing returned to the old route via London.
No more loss at the moment.
