Whatever happened to failover and disaster recovery? Are you kidding me? This is really hurting. I can't retrieve my business e-mail and my website is down. I'm mad as hell.

All of my websites, nameservers, everything is down because of this. I chose Omnis over GoDaddy to try and not give GoDaddy all of my money, but maybe they deserve it. I have DNS issues at least once every other month, and now this. No bueno.

How can the whole system be down? How can there be no backup? Doesn't their ISP Provider have a backup system? Didn't Omnis make sure of that when they contracted with their ISP provider? I am shocked this has gone on as long as it has. I may have lost business because I can't respond to an e-mail. I am going to demand a credit for this downtime.
