No Support Linux Hosting - Firewall Issue

We had a problem with our hardware firewall today, which caused a network outage from 9AM until 9:30AM Central Time. We have everything back online at this point. I just wanted to post up a quick note in case anybody was having problem accessing our website during that time period. We also sent an email to all customers to let everybody know what was going on.
