SMR Hosting LLC Has just finished implementing some exciting new features for users of its inexpensive web hosting and anonymous VPN services. On Saturday their online Chat module went live to aid their sales and support staff deal with the users various requests more efficiently. S.M.R Hosting has reported that usage of their onsite support chat has lowered average response times on technical issues to just a few minutes. Earlier this week they announced a new cloud backup and restore solution that allows even their cheapest shared hosting packages full restore capability directly from their cPanel. David Cox said that he feels this is a game changer for them and was needed to compete in the highly competitive web hosting market. This may mean that the start-up company could finally be starting to grow.
