Thanks for your update

I am one of databasebydesignllc Clients from about 7 months and it's the first time to have this network issue

I hope they solve the problem asap as their are 100% packet losses

We are hearing reports that some people are having problems loading the status site.

At this time we have an ETA of ~20 minutes. We are replacing core network hardware.

At this time 80% of our network capacity has been restored. We expect another 10-15 minutes until 100% network operation.

First network issue since im a custumer also.

We deeply apologize for this lengthily outage and will be issuing an RFO and SLA credits as a result. Being proactive about these sorts of issues is why we all love you. It's good business. I wish more providers would do this sort of thing.
