Is Certified Hosting down?

All my 10+ websites on 3 different accounts seem to be down. Also CertifiedHosting.com and their support sites seem to be down too.

Is it only me or are there others too?

Can someone tell me whats happening?

Thanks for the update. I hope the issue is sorted out soon.

This is the first ever issue i've had with them. Else i've been very happy with Certified, hence my 3 accounts with them

Ya some of the sites have started to work again. Some are still down.
Hopefully it'll be taken care soon.

Thank you for your understanding glaxxon. We do not often have downtime, so we are deeply sorry for this. Yes, things are starting to come back up. It was DNS related, so the reason somethings are up and others not quite yet.

We will send out an official email regarding the issues and downtime credits.

I mean how can you argue with this great to see a company own up to there mistakes and actually put there hand in there pockets.

Well.... it is up and working greatly..
At least a notification is been send out and informed everyone instead of waiting people to come in complain.
