Servers @ FDCServers Denver Down No responses from sales or support

Posted by FRCorey, 07-16-2012, 08:15 AM
I have 2 servers colo'd at FDCServers in Denver and they've been down since last night. I know they're resold through Techminds4hire, but ultimately FDCServers is reponsible as they're the reseller's remote hands. I have very little communication with either party as to what's really going on so I'm now forced to post here in hopes this flags and alerts them as to my issue.

someone from FDC or the reseller?

The Reseller, but now I'm hearing that FDC is blaming the Reseller. I'd love to hear the truth on how my servers are connected and how they're going to get me back on the network.

Server has now been down 16 hours, I called FDCServer's NOC and they say we do this all over email, but they are not doing a damn thing or this would of been fixed by now. Anyone have a management contact at FDCServers?

Have you submitted tickets ? thats od i have had two tickets in past two days and each get answered within 20 minutes

I have submitted tickets however every time they touch something something else breaks. I'm not getting mac addresses from their switches, they they screwed up the KVM we were using and said they're working on that so it's impossible to troubleshoot if the server is at fault which I doubt because they had a switch issue to begin with not me, and now my second server there disappeared off the network so now all my denver VPS customers are down along with all my cPanel customers. I'm basically up poo creek without a paddle at this point. Calling the datacenter results in we dont troubleshoot over the phone.
