Webexxpurts 24 hours downtime and counting

I have one test VPS with webexxpurts and it including the HyperVM control panel has been out of reach for 24 hours now, also their own website vanished hours ago although yesterday the support was still answering support tickets. At that time they were working with the problem.

Now webexxpurts website is up, but no answers from the support for 16 hours.
