really odd

my accounts with hostdime are down due to their hardware failure

I hope i won't be counting days for the issue to be solved

Downtime caused by hardware failure is not odd at all. Hardware failure associated with IT is quite common depending on the setup.

Hello FlySupport,

Can you please give me a ticket ID so I can check into this further? I am sure you won't be 'counting days' however as we have incredibly quick turnaround due to our complete control of our data center, which allows us to be very agile with our hardware infrastructure.

I think this still normal in the hosting business
sometimes even some large companies have experienced this too, hope they fix it soon.
however, hostdime is a great hosting company with many good review

It's normal. Work with Dennis he will get it resolved for you very quickly .

As machines are being used regularly, wear and tear, and even downtimes, are inevitable. For large companies like Hostdime, they do have contingencies to ensure that operations are resumed as soon as possible, or the hardware repaired or replaced in the soonest possible time.
