WebHSP Server down

breakout.whspn.net is down again. It went down on Tuesday, came up for a few hours and now is down again.

Oh yes, several times since yesterday.
They close the ticket with their standard answer that they are working on it. They could at least keep you updated so you can tell your clients something.

This is their pat reply:
Thank you for contacting us.
We are aware of the issues, and our admins are working on this. It should be back up shortly.

Big issues can take a while like braked kernel or bad os or missing modules hardware level error etc

how big is this downtime anyways

Today it has been down since the early AM. It was down when I checked it at 5:45am central time this morning. Yesterday it was down from about 4:30pm to 10:30 pm central time.

WebHSP was down for more 48 hours with no ETA and no update on what's going on. Now It's back up and I just spoke to their "support desk" because it seem like they have restored a 2-3 weeks old backup. The customer service agent told me that he don't know if a backup was restored and there is no way for him to know. Also it's impossible for me to talk to somebody that would tell me if a backup was restored or not can you imagine! There is no communication between the customer service agent and the engineering team. Guess what, the engineering team have no phone! Worst hosting company ever !
