Mochahost down?

I have been hosting my personal web site on Mochahost, it has been down for the last two hours. I contacted Support and was told there was a need to do a reboot. But isn't it too long for a reboot? Wonder if Mochahost representatives here can give an ETA for the downtime.

My site is still down, for about 5 hours now, thank goodness it is a personal site, but still it can be quite frustrating, the last and only email I got was there was some problems and they are doing a reboot!

I saw their live chat is on. Did you try to contact with them?

Contacting their live chat is of no use, they will ask you to email their Support. They finally replied though, asking me to go to a status page where they say they will be updating the status periodically. It is still blank though.

I think this is network issue only. Good luck, guys!
