Dear , all my servers with HostDime and their page don´t work , any update ? there are any power outage or similar ?

I can confirm that I'm not able to access HostDime.com either. I'm sure they'll be quick to post an update. Perhaps watch their twitter?

Give them some time - their first action shouldn't be posting on twitter or facebook but investigating what has happened, why, and determining what they are going to do about it.

Only after that has happened, should they take the time to post something on twitter or facebook, imho.

All my client sites offline for 15 hours now, after a similar outage on Friday. What's going on guys??

Definitely - have phoned US/UK, tweeted, Live chatted, Emailed, posted on this forum, and just about ready to go over there with my baseball bat if this sh*t doesn't get sorted out. It's inexcusable.

Hello everyone,

Apologies for the delay in response to this thread. At around 1AM EDT, we experienced a very large inbound DDoS attack which saturated a portion of our network and caused some stability issues. We resolved the issue within 10 minutes, and all packets began routing again normally soon after. We apologize for the issue but we are working dilligently to ensure that such an outage does not occur again.

Can you please provide a ticket ID for your issue? I can assure you, it is completely separate from the attack that took place overnight in the HDUS DC, and I'd be happy to look into it further and give you a tailored response towards your issues.

Thanks Dennis, my open ticket is 499450. I understand there was a hardware failure in the UK datacenter and you guys are doing everything you can to get us back online. Just feeling frustrated is all.

At the moment as far as I can see everything is up and running with all of our nodes.

My server is just fine, its in HDUS. Matter of fact, I'm logged in to it via Hyper-V right now.

If you are having an issue please file a ticket so we can look at it. There is no network wide issue at this present time.
