Are all tmz hosting / vps and website hosted on down or not?

Their facility could be having a networking or power issue - how long, exactly, have you been 'down'?

Yes, as per this thread http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1182473 our Data Center hostdime had a large DDoS attack which caused this. They resolved it quickly and everything is running as it should now. There was nothing we can do from our side. Thanks - Daniel
