These guys are really getting awful, their site is down (also had a big dns outage / mx poisoning a few months ago).

I noticed today that they removed the "register nameservers" option from their control panel. Apparently you have to call in to do that now, however whomever I spoke with today didn't do it correctly, their replies via support ticket are slow if even existent.

Bail asap, seems like a sinking ship.
