URLJet.com over 5 hours downtime so far!!!

I was hoping that when I woke up my sites would be transferred out of URLJet, but unfortunately, their servers have been down almost all day. Their customer support specialist told me over the phone to email them instead. It boggles my mind that they have an 800 number for support yet direct everyone to email them. The emails were all rejected and delivery failed. Now they don't pick up their phones and I'm stuck with my message boards all offline. Would not recommend!!
