Xenspeed UK down for nearly a week

It seems that xenspeed are having some major problems; I lost all ability to connect to my vps, support tickets and emails are not being answered.

My VPS in XenSpeed.net Germany location is down from Aug 26, 2012 and no reply on ticket opened until today.

No email reply from admin@xenspeed.net sent on Aug 30, 2012.

Yes, only respond is their automatic billing from WHMCS.

There does seem to have been some history with this host recently that would indicate they are not coming back.

But you have backups of course so move onwards to another provider.

The host ran out on their customers, based on what I've read.

Unfortunately the backups i have are not the most recent ones. I am wondering if I could perhaps contact OVH for my data?
