Been down for a few days now. Is it time to bail out?

Can you please elaborate a bit?
Your website is down with them since days? Have you contacted with them? If yes, what was their answer?

I'm currently a client of Soladrive using their UK server located in Kent. I submitted a ticket and they have notified me that that server is currently under a DDoS attack and they are currently waiting for a response from their datacenter.

The sites have been down for over 5 days now. It went back up yesterday after they changed server but now down again. Would not mind but sites are starting to get deindexed in google because of this. Come on Sola Drive, Sort it out!

Pretty certain de-listing does not occur that fast. You could always restore a backup somewhere else orpoint your site to a landing page.

Our apologies for the delay in service for our Bravo server in the UK. We tried mitigating the attack but constant connections were coming in. The attack was nearly 500Mbps so the main IP had to be null routed. We changed the IP of the server but the attack continued on that IP as well.

We were finally able to track down the site they were targeting. We have since removed it and hoping this stops the attack.

5 Days is quite a bit of time of downtime. Hopefully they will get it resolved soon.
