We have been clients of lbhosting for a year and had many issues, mainly concerning the offline time and the unreachable support.

It seems that all the websites (including their corporate one), the dns server, the mail server and all services are on the same server. When it is down, and it is often, all is down. This is a major concern for business. To get in touch, we had to go through their Facebook page.

Now they seem to be completely down and offline since august 28 and they dont answer mails, phone etc... As we managed 8 domains with them, our clients are out of mails, websites.... It is unacceptable and we hope we will be able to get all the datas back before cancelling all our plans with them.

After investigation, we found that they work (worked) with liquidweb and try to get in touch with them to know what happened and if we have a chance to be back online to get our datas back.
Liquidweb support could not say nothing due to confidentiality... what we understand and they say they will report to higher level in their company.

After further investigations, it seems that the domain name lbhosting.com is for sale for 2 months.

It happens that companies stops business due to economic reasons or other reasons but they should advise their clients before ending services to allow them to save their sensitive datas...

We are now in big trouble and we are consulting our lawyers on the importunity to sue them if we cannot recover our client's datas.

We strongly hope this matter will find a good end.

The mail adress of the owner of the domain is a false address, the domain name does not even exists, it seems to never have been registered...
