Is anyone able to connect to Resell.biz? We order our domains through them, and I can't get a response from their site.

Under a DNS attack. The guys are working on mitigating it.

Yes. cPanel, WHMCS, resell.biz and many more hosts are facing this problem. No luck to stop these.
