ScarabWeb down and not responding !

ScarabWeb hosting is making my mind burst. I am with them since 6-7yr+
I have 6-8 client hosted there and from yesterday or i can say more than 48hr have passed my websites are not working...
And to my surprise the client area also rejected my login (which is now working i do not know how but that was not my mistake surely)

1) They are not online for more than 24hr +++
2) Not picking up the phone (+18006530943) tried called many times...
3) Not responding to ticket.. Ticket no - 170091, 856877, 147827, 755095 (some are public and some are private)
4) Not responded via email, phone etc (they do not have a email id or do they ?

atleast i am lucky to be able to login to cpanel and backed up whole thing....
Need advice on this i still want it to be resolved it is hampering my daily activity (offline).

If you are not able to contact them by email /chat or phone I will suggest just move to a better host. Best thing for you now is you can login to cpanel and get backup. This will take less time than waiting for 24+ hours.

already backed up ...
I guess they destroyed my database... i can't login or backup it...
PHP my admin is asking for id pass (which is not usual)
still not accepting id pass...
it is so irritating...

also suggest good host (but not more than 2$ per month)

Here a screenie of how they are running away ....

they were online than when i contact them they get offline immediately this is going on and on whenever they come online
This is very unresponsive behaviour for any only business
I already paid for 6 months now they are doing this for a client who is 6yr+ with them.. shame...

They didn't say anything.. now they restored everything
They didn't yet say sorry
they didn't yet declared to me what happened..
They still have pathetic Online Chat support (bcoz it doesn't work)
They still have Phone JUST KEPT FOR RINGING...
I don't know what happened and why that is very troublesome thing...
i don't know what happened to scarabweb they were good before (i am facing troubles since 3-6 month (minor troubles)) but this trouble made me realize major things...

Guess you don't know that there are many good provider at that rate.
Even best provider i have used previously with cheap rate and were very reliable and raid backup is also provided..
What do you know from your exp will differ from others exp..

Now going with crocweb will see how they perform.. and again same specification (even better they have rails and other things too... at 2.4$ per month if i apply for i can even get that for below 2$ but i think 6month or 1 year update is okay more than that will be greediness

Scarabweb totally suck now i have tried to be patients many days now i am fed up of them.. They are not reply on phone, email, chat, ticket, even on facebook....
Any body going to scrabweb let me remind you i was with them 5 yrs i think now the management is changed (as off aug 2012) and they have very very very pathetic support now.. so be warned...ticket takes as much as 4 days to resolve .... Mien even after 7 days not solved...
