Nochex?

Hi,

Whilst this is not a Datacenter or provider, it seems that the nochex website and payment service is down. Does anyone know any more about this? We've tried calling but the line goes dead for our account manager, and the main number is just a recorded message telling you to email them or leave a message...

Anyone have suggestions of a UK based provider like nochex?

It does look like they are down. They don't have a status page so there's no way to find out why they're down.

I don't think there is another UK based provider similar to NoChex. There is GoCardless but that's only for Direct Debit. Maybe look at 2CheckOut? They let you charge in GBP and also send your payment to a UK bank account.

Good morning.

Just to let you know that we are back to normal: processing payments as normal and the website is running as normal.

I'm sorry we couldn't take your call yesterday, but we did get a lot of calls. If you have not already received a call-back you will probably get one or an email next week.

I don't have too much information about what happened, beyond there being some routine maintenance to do. More details will come out next week I'm sure.
