Every month, they have 1 or 2 days of extremely long downtime.

I'm on shared2.

Today, they say it's because of a critical bug

Last month on 8/22 & 8/23 Datacenter DimeNOC has taken the Shared2 system offline for security measures

Also down on July 13, June 5th...

I know how you feel. It's kinda frustrating and disappointing but all we can do is wait.

Of course, we could always move to a new host but, right now, my paypal account has no funds in it.

another full day of being down. I was stupid and didn't move the sites when I had a chance

it's the next day & I still have sites down. I'll upload them to another host tonight

Thread cleaned of non customer commentary. This is only for current customers and the host to communicate, please.

I believe SS is down again. None of my sites are loading.

Same here: Sites down, no cPanel access.
Even my.speedysparrow.com is unresponsive. It stalls out.

I'm curious how much of this is DimeNOC (HostDime), vs anything done by Sean & co.

My sites are back up now but I've never heard anything from them which is weird.
