The SolusVM master server is down so does the slave node, I have create
the ticket via there zendesk, but after 2 hours waiting nobody reply.

Also PM the adviser on WHT public_html, still waiting for any kinds of updates.

Hi,

There was an abuse issue some weeks back, we removed that site and client permanently, but they claimed that same activity happened again, and they have shut downed the servers.

We are working with them to solve this issue as soon as possible.

I'm not sure why you put Phoenix NAP is the title.

Phoenix NAP is *not* down, we use them as well and are up.

I mean there server in the Phoenixnap, I also have server directly with Phoenxinap. If it confused, I will change the title.
