Any other clients of them around?

The reseller hosting platform has been down for 4 hours. Does anyone have any update about it or a working point of contact?

I'm not getting any response on the support board nor from the technicians I have at reach.

The owner I believe is jtaM he comes on the forum so hopefully he can en-light you, as the site is down, It's hard to check.
