Hi Daniel,

Thanks for investigating the issue. I haven't received any email regarding this issue in advance. It seems like downtime become normal. I posted downtime last month as well.

Best Regards

Did you check your junk/spam folder? Sounds obvious but more often than not, that email will be there.

my site has been barely accessible over the last few days, and getting worse. What is wrong?

Could be anything ... poor network, oversold servers, problem with the server, ... Your hosting at a budget hoster.

My VPS is extremely slow as well. I hope after CPU and RAM replacement it will as good as before.

Have you tried a simple reboot on the VPS? It may not be the hardware node that's the problem.

The announcement of the hardware failures is made by TMZVPS.

That may not be relevant to the slowness this time, though. TMZ said the issue was resolved.

They are in progress to replace the hardware. The announcement was made this morning. It is still unresolved.

My VPS is down since yesterday. It's been more than 14 hours of dowmtime. No reply to the support ticket Really bad.

This is not what I expected from this company.

I'm sure they will pop up in here and come up with YAGE (yet another good excuse).

Any updates on this? I'm on this hardware and haven't received any notification about the issues being resolved.

I've been with tmzvps for about a year and a half and have found the service great.

The communication on this has been a little dissapointing however.

Last update I got was 48 hours ago, saying more news would be coming.

The server has seemed to stabilize, but it's still not performing as it was prior to the current problems.

Jt shoot me an e-mail to daniel@tmzvps.com so I can take a look for you.

know how the issue caused? Site is accessible now though.

I am glad the server is up and running.

Thanks Daniel for all your efforts.

There's definitely progress that's been made in the performance.

TMZVPS's support also provided updates and the personal communication by Daniel has also helped to bring me out of the dark as far as the status of the issue.

Way to turn things around, keep it up!

Seems like history is repeating itself.

I am not a mentalist but i see a good tmzvps review popping up within this and 48 hours.

Because we are doing good thats why they are popping up .

@khurramalvi There is a LARGE DDoS attack which we are working on getting resolved now.

I receive one update from TMZVPS about 6 hours back that they rebooted node and all server will come up.

I am still waiting from last 6 hours to get my vps up and running. No response to high priority tickets.

The server had to run a FSCK. It is back online and operating now. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Have you been informed about the problem ? An FSCK can take some time.

I'm here.

I already answered him. He had a longer than usual downtime because his account has a lot of data. Vzquota took a bit longer than usual to run on his account. That cannot be skipped.
