Ubiquityservers - Dallas Network Problem

I'm not able to connect with dedicated server located in Ubiquityservers Dallas location. Does anyone else has same problem ?

Ticket is escalated to network department and they will only respond after 9 AM EST/PST.

Tracert getting lost in the middle.
