Also my site hosted there is down too.

A traceroute from here is showing that the routes are stopping at an equinix link via cogent.
I'd say the issue is more than likely related to the hurricane mass outages.

Their support desk is currently online, see if you can contact them from there - http://support.adarshhost.com

We received DOS attach and due to DOS attack...We suspended All account within this use......Soon we update the status about server ...
