people
it seems that the problem is serious!

I have VPS with them, and now the problem extends to all network of serverhub.

I'm desperate, I have over 20 sites hosted on that VPS.

And now? I am at a loss?

Wait till someone at infinitie.net/serverhub get up from sleep, I think they not even knows that there is outage.

But the world in which they should be? On Mars?

Servers have to be monitored 24/7/30/365 all time.

It is impossible to continue trusting a company that does not meet these requirements.

It is very difficult to continue in serverhub,

Does anyone know any VPS host that offers 99.9% uptime really?

I need:

VPS:
1Gb / 1.5 burst RAM
100GB HD
2 Core Cpu
2 Ipv4
with Cpanel

Every host can have downtime/outage but main thing is that how host handle it and host should be available at the time of issue.

it appears some issue with their network?

Hello,

I can confirm that we experienced some unexpected intermittent issues this morning within our network.

This issue was a rare occurrence, and has been resolved.

Uptime and Network Stability is at the forefront of our priorities and concerns, rest assured we took every possible step to ensure this issue was resolved in the quickest time frame possible.

Our Phoenix data center averages a 100% network up time monthly and has for quite some time, with our last network issue being over 12 months ago. The issue that occurred today was rare and we sincerely apologize for the occurrence. You can rest assured that you can continue to expect our 100% network up time you have enjoyed in the past.

In the future you may also check for services updates on Twitter @SrvrHubSupport

my domain with serverhub back on line from this morning local time. Actually we have 11 hours different. So i did not record or notice exact time. My other domain with another server for last 8 years with 99% up time. Only record downtime for few hours for server maintain several time. And they send me a notice in advance. I am new here ( 2 days only) but expecting a email from superhub about the downtime, at least when they noticed. However this downtime does not reflect their overall service. I shall stay with them for another few month as i am satisfied with their support and speed
