Atjeu Helpdesk is down?

When I try to go on Atjeu's helpdesk (S.A.M.) to write a ticket I get: The connection has timed out The server at ssl.atjeu.com is taking too long to respond. Anyone else noticed this?

Their ticketing system is down for me also... PLUS I have a server down.. and no one is answering their support phones... I hope it's sorted out soon.
