Your server is on one of our older network segments that has not been upgraded yet. Because of this your server was affected by another customer on the same rack who was the target of a DDOS. Feel free to email me direct and I will explain what we are in the process of doing throughout the data center to ensure this scenario doesn't come up again.

I would trust that Hivelocity will get you sorted. I have been to the new DC, and believe me, they are equipped to fix your problem.
