64u is down

Posted by miklosandras, 12-05-2012, 07:13 AM
64u is down more than 30 mins ago. Anyone know, what is going on?

The main site also not available: 5.9.232.60 (64u.com)

I hope it is only a temporary problem.

Hello,
I can confirm that this is down for me as well. I no longer have a VM with them so I unfortunately am unable to test to see if it is still active. I terminated my VM last month (not due to the service, just no longer needed it)

The node where my VPS hosted is up (5.9.25.41) I could logged into the VMWARE vSphere client console.

5.9.32.XXX is not working...

It seems it is network problem... I hope it will be resolved ASAP.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the troubles this morning, we are having issues with our network provider regarding this range of IPs.

We are fastidiously working to have this resolved.

Not heard the use of "fastidiously" for a long time

Still down, vps has been down for 2 days now.
I know you guys can't do anything about it, but i am getting a little bit irritated. I'm losing users ..

Posted by lynxus, 12-06-2012, 11:00 AM
Maybe its time to think about moving? 2day downtime and no updates is reason enough to move and breach of most contracts.

Posted by Diaxa, 12-06-2012, 11:12 AM
Yup you are right, 2 days without any information.

Hi guys,

Due to the fact that there are a low number of people involved with the issue, there isn't a mass email. Unfortunately we had thought all people affected had already raised an issue.

Please contact us directly for help with the matter. Our datacenter is working to resolve the issue, however the subnets that you guys are on were nullrouted, and its taking a bit of time to resolve the issue.

Sorry for any inconveniences, our efforts are being spent on resolving this in any way we can for those who are contacting us and persisting this matter, and not on checking internet forums, so please contact us directly for the best assistance.

Thank you and again, sorry for the trouble.

Any new information about how much longer it's going to take?

I think they are back online?
Their main site is working here...

Posted by Diaxa, 12-07-2012, 09:55 AM
Their mainpage is indeed working, but the servers are still offline.
