Are you speaking of this Level Hosting (levelhosting.ca) if so their site loads just fine for me, rather quickly too.

hmm. it was down when i posted my question. anyway, i still cannot access my webpage. ill check with the support team!

My website that is hosted with Level Hosting has had 100% uptime since November 22 (according to my Pingdom account). The response times are about the same as well, with about a 600-700 millisecond response time since November 22. In case your wondering what caused the downtime around November 22, it was because of a DDoS attack on their shared IP address. I would check with them though just so they can look into seeing if there was a problem or not.

If you can access your client area open a support ticket about the issue, it was most likely due to an attack on the shared server which your site was hosted on.

That attack happened over a week ago now so I would doubt it has anything to do with his website (unless he was involved in the attack in some way).

Have you checked if there's not a new DDoS attack going on? Those people usually come back...
