Networking issue at iweb?

Anyone experiencing an outage with their server at iweb? We have a dedi with them where we host a billing system and some clients websites, which has now been down for three hours, so far we have not been able to get any assistance or information from their support.

I do not see any issue. Do you have a ticket number I can refer to to see if someone is working on it? If your server is down you should get quicker feedback.
