Did you ever find out the reason for this?

My system went kaput and I can't use any features in the web interface at all. Even a re-install doesn't do a thing and completely breaks my VPS (won't even go online) for quite a few days now.

I'm currently enjoying some of the (as I've discovered in recent days) infamous horrible customer support I've read so much about.

WHMCS is their Complete Billing and Support system.

you can check out www.whmcs.com to see more information. Fantastic product. Most web hosting companies will choose WHMCS as their software choice when it comes to billing and support.

Anyways, I noticed their support departments where offline because they were originally with Kayako Fusion. So they had to switch over back to whmcs afterwords regarding their support system. Now the newer 5.2.2 update came and they seem to be offline all together. No idea what is causing them to be offline. I am positive it is not WHMCS so don't blame that.
