Hi,

I am unable to access http://www.bigbrainglobal.com/, the fully managed vps is also inaccessible.

Anyone facing the same issue?

Our network team is currently working an outage that is impacting a portion of our core network in our Washington DC Datacenter. We have sent the following alert to all customers via email.

Hello,
The email went out to our entire customer base (who subscribed to our maintenance notifications), unfortunately due to the size of the list, it may take a while to hit all customers.

Our engineers are still performing work on the system, so it is not all cleared as of yet. I will be sure to update this thread as soon as we are fully back.
