The site should be back up now, though it is still quite temperamental at the moment. Please let us know if you spot any other issues.

It is back online again! It's been a pretty horrible morning, we think there was a bug with the disk quota on the server, so it was showing as running out of space when there was actually plenty left. This brought issues to MySQL and seems to have also killed the httpd process. We have upgraded the kernel to fix it, and it seems to be fine right now. We'll continue to monitor the situation for the next few days.

Is ArcticDesk on a separate server? It seems to have been completely unaffected!

Yep, LicensePal and ArcticDesk are hosted on separate servers.

Hi,

Regarding Licensepal being down, does that means that who is using a WHMCS bought from Licencepal will have the WHMCS offline during Licencepal downtime? Or this is just a stupid question?

No because they only sell the licenses & activate, WHMCS themselfs actually host the license servers.
