Dedidirect down

My server with Dedidirect at Clifton, NJ is down since 18:12:38 EST Jan 11, 2013. (according to my monitoring logs)

It has been 14 hours now. My management company submitted reboot requests and I've also emailed / submitted tickets about this. No reply yet.

Anyone with dedidirect experiencing this?

One of ours has been down for 12hrs since 9pm EST last night I was contacted by a client... So far can't get ahold of Vee or anyone responding to tickets

Server is back online - 11:18:23 EST Jan 12, 2013

It's February 18, 2013, and we've not been able to get a response from Vee for over 32 hours. We have a DediDirect server in Atlanta that can only be reached intermittently and a block of bad IP addresses.

I wonder if something happened to Vee.

Here's hoping this straightens out soon,

I've pointed Vee to this thread over IM. Hopefully he will see it!
