FDCServers.Net Chicago Network Down!?!?

All my servers in FDC Chicago have been down since around 16:00 CST.
It looks to be a network issue.

Even FDC's CRM is having problems connecting to it's DB.

One of my servers just came back online and their CRM is working now. Waiting on the rest of my servers.

OK looks almost resolved; they said they need to reboot our two remaining offline dedicated servers to get them online.

Well done for fixing the problem FDC.

I wonder what happened?

OK apparently it may have been a power glitch.
Whatever happened we are on the road to recovery, thanks FDC.

Sorry if the network outage was a false positive, but one of their techs did say it was, and it was all our servers in Chicago for 4.5 hours plus so, it was justified.

Must have been an isolated incident, as we did not have any issues with our servers in their Chicago DC.
