I was just trying to submit ticket. But message came from CloudFlare 'this web site is down'

Is it down for you as well ?

I'm not sure what went wrong, ticket that I have tried was submitted 3 times to the system.

I found its only happen when submit the support ticket. (my be whmcs technique to prevent spam, but i'm just submitting 1 ticket)

I got the same thing at approx 3pm GMT today. Tried to submit a ticket and got the Cloudflare page. Page wouldn't load for me at all and then I got 3 emails confirming my ticket request had been submitted.

I also can access the site fine.But when creating ticket with them I get redirected to cloudflare page

Since the actual site is not down, and this only affects ticket submissions (I'd done one, and it did error out but the ticket still went through), we're closing this thread. This is for outages, not for some things being broken on a web site.
