Datashack outage?

Hi, Does anyone have a server with datashack and can tell me if there's an outage at the moment? Many of our servers are offline and I haven't received a response from them yet.

We are not experiencing any network issues. I'm unable to find a ticket in the system from you or even a Mike Ambrose in our system. If you're having an issue, please submit a ticket and one of the techs will help you out.

Upon further investigation, I've been informed that billing just completed disconnects for nonpay. Please open a ticket and a tech will connect you with billing to get this sorted out.
