Serverius.eu Packet Loss / Down

We've been getting high levels of packet loss, initially only to certain locations around the world but now practically everywhere. Their website is also unreachable for us at multiple locations. Edit: Server are back up for now, but their website is still down. It's been yoyoing all morning. Total downtime since this morning is about 42 minutes according to Nodeping. Edit2: Website is back up now.

Looks like they had some issues with their level 3 link: http://smokeping.serverius.eu/smokep....Level3-AS3356 Other transits / uplinks seem to be fine so probably it was limited to level 3 routes.
