Hai,

I am a happy client with HostDime India. I don't know what happen today - server was down around 55 mins at afternoon Indian time and small downtime then like 5m , 10 m then again at 5 evening server gone down. Almost now 6.20 evening till server is down.

According to pingdom till now 2 hrs 35mins downtime and still counting

I understand the issue. But its really big downtime today. Even mainsite was down.

I am happy with everything. But Continuous 2 hrs downtime is unacceptable.(3hrs+)

Hope you guys wont make this happen again.

Our entire india network issue was resolved about 1 hour ago. We apologize for the downtime. Please understand we take any downtime seriously. There was massive DDOS attack on a clients server in the network which runs a vpn service in India. As you noticed the network was up and down for sometime this happened due to us fighting the attack by putting filters in place only for the attack to get bigger. We finally was able to stabilize it and things are Ok now.

You have been working with us for sometime now and I hope you know this issue is not common, we will do our best to ensure this doesn't happen again. No provider is immune to issues but you have our promise to ensure to work on each issue urgently. Thanks for your trust.

till Indian DC is facing issue. Again down Again Up.... Again now down... Will it be resolved shortly or takes more time...
