Their website is down and so are our servers. Anyone knows what is happening? |

Hello,
We are experiencing DNS issues this morning. We are working on getting this resolved. Our site is not down and your service should not be affected by this, are you able to access the portal to open a ticket? |

I use just-ping.com to ping our servers (normally all 0% packetloss) and they are coming up with 100% packet loss so service is affected for sure. Also, I cannot access netdepot.com to open any ticket so I sent a message to support@netdepot.com |

Our support desk is not located at netdepot.com which is not down, its https://portal.gnax.net or helpdesk@gnax.net |
