GigenetCloud Down And Out

My gigenetcloud server went down, and I couldn't SSH in or reboot. I thought this is weird so I opened up their console and I see

Then I asked my other friend if his gigenetcloud is up and he said nope

Now their Panel Is In emergency maintenance mode, and we can't do anything

Any ideas what is going on? So much for HA with this incident and in the last month having 3 hours of downtime for maintenance.

FYI, it looks like a storage problem in that screen shot.
