Mydediserver going out of business.. or not?

On February 27th I received below e-mail from Mydediserver, stating that they're going out of business. Since that time however I've seen no announcement on their website and invoices keep coming as usual.

I've asked them to clarify but as some WHT'ers tend to be well informed I'm asking here as well.

Appears they are still taking orders on their main website, not sure if I would believe that e-mail. I would recommend giving them a phone call, just to be sure!

Have you contacted their support to confirm? It looks legit as it does not reference another provider to move to (as most false emails do)

Support confirmed that they are closing. Weird, given their website taking orders etc, but true.
