Commercial Media down?

Hello guys.

I am unable to access my servers and the primary Commercial Media website for about an hour now. Are you guys experiencing the same issue?

Does anyone have any information regarding the outage?

Doesn't seem to be working for me either. Have you tried contacting them by phone?

I'm guessing megacolo is either the same or located in their DC as they're down too.

Yep, I have 2 with commercialmedia, down as well.

Phone is not being answered, but I am guessing that they are getting hammered with calls

Sorry for the late update, but the outage was resolved in ~93 minutes total downtime. I am waiting on their full report.

Not all of the servers there are down then but mine are along with some others who host there through the same hosting company as I do.

Servers are up, but their site is offline... again.

It's not just you! http://commercialmedia.com looks down from here.

Had my first outage last night, but a quick e-mail to them with my IP address had it fixed this morning.

They also informed me that they are in the middle of moving about 200 racks into their new location and once the move is finished they will consider adding more tech support staff to man the help desk.

I noticed that one of my servers has been rebooted all of the sudden last night. That's real poor these things happen without any notice

Going on 32 hours down for one of my servers, no response to ticket at all(16 hours on the ticket). The phone numbers have been removed from the site, and the phone numbers I had saved from before(ending in 5488 and 6103) are not being answered.
