We had some abuse on a node that caused some extremely sluggish response times for a select few individuals. There was no "downtime" but yes there was a brief period of poor performance. The issue caused some user processes to lock up and required some mitigation to be done. The 1 node that was affected has been back 100% for some time now. Please update your ticket if any issues remain. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
