Budget vm down ?

What happened to budgetvm, is it down? no any vps is responding, ping is breaking , and no one is responding on support.

is that the service you offer?

There are 3 people working in the helpdesk now, and no pending notifications of down systems... PM me your ticket ID and I will check into it.

We are again facing the same problem [#NJW-685-53925] this time one site is looks ok in MTR, but still no response from server.

This could very well be an issue with the VPS network itself. Have you ran a traceroute to your vps's in question to ensure there are no breaks in the connection between your computer>yourISP>Tier2/1Provider>BudgetVM?

Are you on dedicated or vps ? I have vps with them my self.. If you have server this could be something with the connection just thought

i have vps, chicago services are not working, even vps control panel is not working correctly..

dilstar, friend just called me saying it was down for him when he woke up and it came up, went back down for a while and is back up.

these people don't know what they're doing.

budgetvm is working on my side site wise. Your still having issues with your virtual private server ? can you access the solusvm even ?

and its offline

when i try to connect it with console, its says "not in container"

I've just signed up and none of my IP's are working. Good start BudgetVM and no reply to my ticket....

A few things from dealing with solusvm some times it does take the os time to setup I always suggest waiting few minutes before trying to login. If you have access to solusvm try to start the container wait 5 - 30 minutes check back.. I have vps with budgetvm there support great if you know ask the right questions it does take time of course but I'd expect that when your paying such a low price for a vps.

The typical reason is people on the server abusing it. With such low prices comes abusers. You'll see a downage once a day minimal

they have suspended my vps with no reason today, and no one on support to enable it, no any reply received, even they do warning or try to tell the issue so it could be resolve, but they only suspend and now, no replies

Read there terms of service to make sure your following them. patients is key when you do buy from affordable providers.

We don't suspend servers without reason and I'd be more than happy to PM you the reason. When in doubt, you can always check in our billing portal at https://www.budgetvm.com/account The reason is listed on the device page under "suspension reason."

Any reasonable host would suspend your account for the activity that occurred. In fact, I think most unreasonable hosts would as well. If you really want it publicly posted here, I'll leave that to your discretion. It looks like you've already heard back from our techs as to the exact reason.
